Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to change your order (e.g., wrong shipping address, wrong items), please use the contact form or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of placing your order and we can work out any changes. If your order has already been shipped, I cannot make any changes to your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please use the contact form or email me at email@example.com within 72 hours of making your order with the order number in the subject line. If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed in the order they are received in 3-5 business days but up to 14-20 business days depending on the amount of open orders.
Once an order's shipping label has been printed, the order will be dropped off at the post office the next weekday or Saturday. I do not ship on Sundays.
Once orders have been shipped, any damage or loss is not my responsibility!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please note that the estimated delivery times are based on when the post office receives the parcel, not on when you receive the initial shipping notification email. Please note that these estimated delivery times may be extended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

How much is shipping?
All orders placed are sent with USPS, which now determines shipping prices by the shipping address zone. A tracking number is included!
My tracking status says "Pre-Shipment". What does that mean?
Pre-Shipment means the shipping label for the order has been printed but the package itself hasn't been received by the post office. As mentioned above, I drop off packages the next weekday or Saturday after printing the label. The tracking status will update once the post office officially receives the package.
Do I have to pay customs fees/duties?
Any customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer once the order has arrived to the destination country. Again, once the order has been shipped, the package is no longer my responsibility!

My package is missing items.
Please double check the order confirmation email to verify that your order is incomplete. If it is, please email me at email@example.com with the order number in the subject line, and include what item(s) you did not receive. I will be happy to fully complete your order!
My package is being returned to the sender. Why?
USPS will return the package to me if the shipping address is wrong/written incorrectly, a delivery attempt was made but the package was refused by someone at the address, or the package was never claimed (e.g., in instances where packages are left in leasing offices of apartments).
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number in the subject line and once I receive the package, I will reship it.
My package was delivered but it's not here.
Please double check with your neighbors, all the places your package could be delivered (mailbox, around mailbox, front door, side door, leasing office, etc.). If you still can't find it, please report a missing package to USPS.
